Chuck Neville of Charles Neville Associates has been designing trawler style yachts since the late '70's, long before their recent rise in popularity.  That breadth of experience, coupled with work in the commercial and small passenger vessel fields contribute to the no nonsense style of his vessels. His works and writings have appeared in many major publications including the book Voyaging Under Power and his monthly "rants" in PassageMaker Magazine.
